At Bowman StoryWorks, we want you to be happy with your purchase.
If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund.
Due to the nature of printed books, we are unable to accept returns for items that have been used or opened unless they arrived damaged.
